Prenatal Yoga is beneficial for flexibility, strength and preparation for labor & birth.
A minimum of (3) are required for class to be held. The class can be confirmed by texting or by calling 305-498-6722, Debra.
Prenatal Yoga is a specialty class designed to help pregnant women of all trimesters a chance to relax, connect, stretch and take the quality time needed to help prepare for childbirth. Come join in a class, then choose to cover a single or purchase a discount package class card. Pregnancy Yoga is safe for all trimesters. Enjoy sharing information and connection with other moms-to-be. Taking some special time away from the daily rush, to relax and release, turning your attention inward. This is a wonderful practice that will help you long after birth.
Depending on how much gestational time a mother has left, attending class twice a week is recommended.
Dress comfortably, bring water, and everything else is provided!
