This amazing Childbirth Education course is held in Coral Gables, every other month on
Wednesday evenings, 6:30pm – 9:00pm on months designated.

Come in, relax and enjoy learning about how your body & baby work together during the birth process and help prepare for your newborn. Spouses. birth companions and/or family members are encouraged to join in. Books, CD’s and materials are included.
This course is held at Prenatal Plus Yoga and is every other month for (5) 2.5 hour sessions.
